Donation Dashboard uses a collaborative filtering algorithm called Eigentaste to recommend a donation portfolio to you. To learn more about Eigentaste, feel free to read the About page.
The process is simple: after you rate a small set of non-profits, you will be presented with a portfolio of recommendations that is scaled to suit your preferences and available funds.

- Donation Dashboard will improve as more people use it. If you don't get the results you might expect, please bear with us: the system is learning and needs more data.
- We do not specifically endorse any non-profits.
- Privacy: This is a research project. As such, we will not share your information with the non-profits we describe, other companies, or anyone else.
